Dr. Tandon will present criticisms of various institutions, incl. NATO and the WTO, which he maintains exploit global south countries with marginal say in decisions about trade.
Capitalism and imperialism, which Tandon calls "epochal phenomena" because they are entities that extend over centuries, "are on the defensive," he claims. "They are now facing an internal crisis [...] and I don't think they are going to last another 100 years maximum."
