“The problem isn’t with your body, the problem is what you think of it... and what you think of yourself”. My body is far from perfect, it’s not even good, and at time I hated it. Too skinny, too flat, thigh gap too big, now after 20lbs heavier ...too fat, no thigh gap, belly pooch, etc... when will it ever be enough? Sometimes the weight you need to lose isn’t on your body, don’t let your body bully your mind. I’m trying to become a woman comfortable in her own skin, be an example for my daughters and embrace my imperfections - they are what make me ME after all. ✌🏻 .
