Breakfast made eco friendlyyy (PSA!!!) Bananas from Whole Foods are fair trade & sourced out of a university in Costa Rica.
Fluffy vegan pancake recipe:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or other vegan sugar)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup plant-based milk
W/ home fires, avo toast w salt and pepper, and fruit!! + fresh maple syrup from Vermont💛 This breakfast made me sooo tired lol I cannot eat like this in the morning usually. BUT it was a good way to spend time with my dad this morning😌 thinking about heading back to school and I’m going to miss my fam a little... Just got back from the beach, napping for now and reading astrology for the rest of the night because I am 😴😴😴 Happy Sunday fammmm✨♾💕

Anyone else obsessed with portabella mushrooms, or is it just me?😍 HOW TO COOK: Pan fried for 4 mins on each side w/ olive oil & sea salt, and then baked in the same cast iron pan in the oven at 375 F for 15 minutes. Paired with zucchini noodles and homemade tomato sauce :) ‘twas a good day boys and girlz!!!!

Helloooo food people👋🏼 This spread of goodies right here is how I got through the day. I think food is so pretty- look at those mangossss!!🥭 I cut them up after visiting the community garden this morning. Mangos are soo good for giving your skin a healthy glow and a good source of carbs that fuel ya brain. 🧠 Then I had the mini little nana, the salad, and then I munched on some chipotle lentil chips. Started the day with celery juice and I took some lysine before I got into work. Needless to say I had a full day of yummy foods and I am fulllll. I’m trying to get into the habit of grazing all day instead of doing regular meals. Hope everyone had a good day- Mercury in retrograde means just about everything is all over the place so hang in there babies. 🌸💫🌱

Tomato, Cucumber, Fresh Basil from the Garden, 🌱 Chickpeas, & Sea Salt a suuper simple + light dinner since I had a ginormous sweet potato w/ black beans for lunch at work today🤤 I hope everyone is enjoying the start of their July so far! In all honesty I’ve had a shitty fucking week. And I think it’s important to express yourself as your true-self, especially on social media. Not for the benefit of anyone else either. Anyway I recommend thisss for a sustainable 🌱 summer lunch idea. 💕

Grains = Gains.💪🏼 This one piece of bread has 6g of protein in it & 23g of carbohydrates. High quality grains are a great way (and a cleaner source) of building muscle! Plus it saves animals and is a much more sustainable choice than meat. Fill those sandwiches with veggies, avo, hummus, and you willllll not regret.💛
