A FUN challenge, created by my good friend @mikesaffaie

TAG a friend you think can do this and give it a try.

Rules:
Perform 10 pull ups/chin ups and for every rep you perform, you most hold the pull up/chin up at the top for that amount of time.
⠀
Example: Rep 1 hold for 1 second • Rep 2 hold for 2 seconds • Rep 3 hold for 3 seconds • Rep 4 hold for 4 seconds • Rep 5 hold for 5 seconds •
and so on until you have reached failure or 10 reps

If you complete this 10 rep set, you will have completed 10 pull ups with an accumulated time of a 55 second static hold

This not just AWESOME for your lats but also your GRIP 👊🏼 ARMS 💪🏼 and ABS. Full completion of the challenge is not mandatory, just do your best!🙂
