INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix up cake mix according to directions and place in 350 degree oven for 43 minutes, or until cake begins to pull away from the side of the pan
2. Place metal bowl in freezer in preparation to mix up whipping cream
Chop strawberries and put in a bowl. Add Swerve brown sugar and place in refrigerator to generate juice
3. Pull out metal bowl, add whipping cream to cold bowl and  mix with high speed hand beater or stand mixer until a soft peak forms. 
4. Add in vanilla and stevia to whipping cream and mix until incorporated.

3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
½ cup Asian Kick Wing Sauce (found at Aldi)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup jalapenos (optional, for topping)

1. Add cream cheese and Asian Kick wing sauce to a medium heat saucepan.
2. Once fully combined stir in the Caesars dressing and chicken.
3. Once fully incorporated, slowly mix in ¾ cup of the Monterey Jack cheese.
4. Once incorporated, transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish. Layer the rest of the Monterey Jack cheese on top.
5. Place in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

1 large avocado
1/4 cup butter -  room temperature 
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole green onion, diced
1 tbsp fresh lime juice 
freshly ground black pepper to taste
 Salt  to taste 
1-2 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
8 large slices bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to  375 °F.
2. Line a baking tray with foil. Lay the bacon strips out flat on the pan, leaving space so they don't overlap. Place in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. The time depends on the thickness of the bacon slices. Don’t let it get too crisp. When done, remove from the oven and set aside to cool down.
3. Peel avocado and dice. Place avocado, butter,  crushed garlic, cilantro and lime juice into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
4. Mash using a potato masher, fork, or small chopper, mix until well combined. 
5. Add the diced onion and mix well. 
Cover  and place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
6. Crumble the bacon into small pieces and prepare for "breading." 7. Remove the guacamole mixture from the fridge and start creating 12 balls. I used a cookie scoop. 
8. Roll each ball in the bacon crumbles and place on a tray that will fit in the fridge.
9. Eat immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. ...
