  • | OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD) | For anyone struggling with severe Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), life can feel like a living nightmare. My heart goes out to those suffering because making it through each day with this condition can feel like a brutal and lonely battle. It is often challenging for someone who does not struggle with OCD to make sense of this condition. Some people may even judge it as ridiculous or insane, but just because a person suffers from OCD does not mean he or she is mentally ill. The reason people often think about this condition in a negative way is because they do not know the true underlying causes or understand the condition. Learning and spreading the truth about OCD that I share here can help combat any negative stigma surrounding the condition, and help those suffering to finally get the the answers they need to heal.
_
All Shapes & Sizes
_
There is not just one type of OCD. Medical communities are unaware that there are hundreds of varieties that manifest in different ways. Many people don’t even realize they are suffering from a mild, hidden form of OCD and may even be incorrectly led by a medical doctor or psychologist to believe that their unique issue stems from something other than OCD. Something as simple as having a comfort zone with specific parameters could be a mild form of OCD. Someone growing incredibly upset or angry by a minor shift in his or her daily routine could be another example of mild OCD. If even a slight shift in a daily rhythm, routine, or habit causes you severe irritation, anger, or distress, you may unknowingly be suffering from a variety of OCD.
_
In the United States, between three and four million people have been diagnosed with OCD. This is far from the actual number of people suffering, which is at least 150 million in the US alone. Medical science and medical research are rarely (if ever) correct when it comes to revealing statistics that accurately highlight the number of people suffering with chronic mystery symptoms and conditions.

  • Repost from @naturallyhealingacne Today is my two year @MedicalMedium anniversary!! The information in these books CHANGED MY LIFE! It is unbelievable how much I have healed in the last two years. Before Medical Medium, getting older was depressing. I spent most of my 30s sick and I didn't even realize how sick I was. In my mid 30s I thought I was going through perimenopause. I experienced night sweats, hot flashes, painful PMS symptoms, hair loss, acne, endometriosis, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues and started getting the dreadful grey hairs. That was not a fun time in my life. I am now a few months away from turning 40 and I feel amazing! All of my symptoms have drastically improved or are totally gone. Aging is not meant to be physically difficult. I know what it feels like to feel like you are falling apart way too young and it does not have to be that way. Thanks to the healing information from #medicalmedium and spirit, you can reverse aging and any other symptoms you have.
This journey has been so rewarding. I have learned so much and have met so many beautiful souls along the way. I am so incredibly proud of how far I have come. Two years down and a lifetime to go.

  • Repost from @purelycatherine That’s my man!!! @ben_sfx .
I mean what’s not to love!?😁
.
Getting out of grocery with 12 bunches of celery. I had to take a photo 😆🙏🏽💚Once upon a time it was a 12-pack of beers!!
.
Because when they are $1.99/bunch, you jump on the sale so we could keep drinking our morning herbal elixir together, heal & stay healthy!
.
Couples that drink celery juice together heal together 😍
.
Joke asides, it definitely got us closer as a couple & parents to our daughter to be on this healing lifestyle together 🙏🏽
.
We drink celery juice for different reasons!
.
I am currently going through a little eczema flare so I know the mineral salts in celery juice will help stripping the membrane of the current higher viral load in my liver responsible for creating those dermatoxins, aka rashes.
.
And Ben drinks celery juice to keep cleaning his cells.
.
He has been working hard at the gym for years but only saw huge progress this year when he changed his lifestyle to meet mine.
.
Did you know that the mineral salts in celery juice also removes the poison from your muscle cells that are building so the cells don’t atrophy?
.
Pretty cool right!? 😉
.
So if you are trying to build muscles, make sure you get some clean critical carbohydrates that will enter your muscle cells and expand them.
.
Then have your mineral salts to remove poison from your muscle cells.
.
AND use your muscles! 💪🏽
.
Hope you are all doing well! 💚
.
Going through a little flare is no fun but as @medicalmedium mentions “It takes time to heal the liver, so give it time and have patience. Healing from eczema is cyclical, meaning it’s normal to have rash cycles on and off as you heal”, he explains.
.
At this exact time last year, I was at my worst so when I compare, I feel grateful for how far I have come (it is mainly my fingers at the moment that are affected the most).
.
Keep going, we just have to keep going. 👊🏽
.
Cheers .

_
Chronic brain fog can be very disruptive in someone’s life. Brain fog mostly stems from the liver and partly from the brain. As you know by now, the liver harbors certain troublemakers—for example, the pathogen EBV (Epstein Barr Virus). Many, many people carry an EBV viral load in the liver without realizing it. If your liver is also filled with other troublemakers, they’ll provide food to the virus. One such food is adrenaline, which the liver soaks up like a sponge in order to protect you from this stress hormone scorching your central nervous system when you’re in fight-or-flight (even the milder forms of it, like driving in heavy traffic). That fear-based adrenaline is one food source for EBV.
_
Toxic heavy metals and pesticides are other favorite viral foods. The very reason that viruses such as EBV camp out in the liver is because the food sources there are so plentiful. When EBV consumes them, it releases different forms of waste matter, one of which is a neurotoxin. As the liver fills up with these neurotoxins, it reaches capacity, at which point they escape into the bloodstream as blood is flowing from the liver. Neurotoxins have a unique travel ability, an infiltration quality, almost like a fumigant, that allows them to easily transport themselves to different places—it’s what lets them cross the blood-brain barrier. In the brain, they can cloud up, interfere with, and short-circuit neurotransmitters.
_

  • Repost @themeadowmini wild berries can save your life. we have made a move to following the guidelines and wisdom of anthony william, @medicalmedium . we have changed so many things with what we eat, what we put on our skin and in our environment, and how we detox. today we are focusing on wild berries. the reason wild berries are so important for us is because they are a super food with immense healing properties. the phytochemicals in these berries act like magnets to attract toxic heavy metals and carry them out of the brain and liver and remove them from the body. we not only juice celery every morning, we also drink this amazingly effective and yummy smoothie that uses wild blueberries, cilantro, bananas, orange juice, spirulina, barley grass powder, and atlantic dulce. we can really feel the difference. the incredibly high nutrient content makes the berries especially effective at removing toxins and heavy metals from the body that feed viruses like epstein-barr virus in which alexa is suffering from. you may also have noticed that cultivated blueberries, or blueberries that are not wild, are less saturated with pigments meaning that they are also less saturated with nutrients. this past week we have been up in the mountains in glacier national park hiking and discovering patches of wild huckleberries that the bears, who are in hyperphagia, missed. look at our glorious bowl of superfood. we cant thank anthony william enough for opening our eyes and changing our lifestyle for the better. we know that in the six months of detoxing and health conscious choices is not going to fix things all at once. we know it takes time and dedication. but we already have felt so much change for the better. we can finally look forward to the future knowing the choices we make now will pay off long term. we feel blessed and happy with every meal we eat. enjoying every moment even with the ups and downs. #medicalmedium

  • | ZUCCHINI TATER TOTS | GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, & FAT-FREE Bring back fond childhood memories of eating tater tots and other potato treats with this delicious and nostalgic recipe. A fresh spin on the traditional fried tater tots, this recipe calls for the tots to be baked versus fried, making it a healthy recipe you can enjoy in abundance. The addition of zucchini provides added nutrients without sacrificing flavor. This recipe is perfect for serving to children or as a fun finger food at social gatherings.

Potatoes are actually one of the most powerful anti-viral foods and are an excellent source of B6 which is a vital component for the neurological system and for the creation of amines which are neurotransmitters that send messages from one nerve to the next. This makes potatoes an important food for those who are heavy thinkers and those recovering from stress damage and adrenal exhaustion. They are also particularly beneficial for insomnia, sleep disorders, brain fog, and stress related illnesses.
_
Zucchini helps restore your liver and heal inflamed nerves caused by Epstein Barr Virus. They contain powerful anti-inflammatory compounds which can aid asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia. Zucchini is also known to be particularly beneficial for hypertension, diabetes, and edema.
_
Zucchini Tater Tots
_
Ingredients:

2 medium-sized zucchinis
2 russet potatoes, peeled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
Ketchup, to serve
_
Directions:

Place a medium-sized pot on the heat with a steaming basket and add two inches of water. Place the potatoes in the pot, cover and cook until soft but so that there’s still some resistance, about 30-45 min. Drain and let cool completely.
_
Preheat oven to 350F. Grate the potato and place it in a bowl.
_
Grate the zucchini, place it in a clean dishtowel or nut milk bag and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Add it to the bowl with grated potato. Add the salt and dried oregano, then mix well and shape it to small cylinders.

  • | HEALING BENEFITS OF LEMON BALM | Lemon balm, also known as Melissa because of its botanical name Melissa officinalis, is an essential herb for calming the nerves—in particular, those involved with digestion. Many people suffer from various sensitivities in the gut, with complicated and confusing misdiagnoses involved. What’s often behind these problems are nerve endings that have become hypersensitive around the digestive organs. Nerves play a role in much of the digestive distress we experience in this day and age. For instance, inflamed phrenic nerves (which control the diaphragm and therefore influence the stomach) and vagus nerves (which run through the diaphragm and govern the stomach and digestion) are sometimes behind digestive sensitivities, as are nerves that connect the spine and digestive tract.
_
If someone’s stomach or intestines are irritated for no identifiable reason, it’s usually due to sensitive nerves. One common occurrence is that a food (even something very easy to digest) rubs against the lining of the intestinal tract, which causes someone with sensitive nerves to feel discomfort. Nerve sensitivities can also trigger symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, and a sudden urgency to eliminate when nervous. Lemon balm is a gift from God and Mother Nature to deal with our frazzling world; it’s wonderful for addressing all of these situations with its soothing properties, which come from bioactive phytochemicals such as undiscovered alkaloids that calm the nerve receptors at the digestive tract so that the nerves become less sensitized and inflammation reduces. This makes lemon balm a valuable herb for stress assistance.

  • Repost from @myfruitaylife This is a dream come true
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My first vacation/trip in over 3 years since my health crumbled! I’m beyond blessed to be sharing this trip with my mom, husband, 2 dogs, & 2 cats. 😅 All of the prepping, cooking & freezing healthy foods, getting bags of produce & celery, basically bringing everything that I could need, was all worth it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Looking back to even this past April, my health was no where near well enough to be able to handle a 2 hour long car ride. Or a new environment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am proof (with 100s of thousands of others) that if you stick with Spirit’s & Anthony’s @medicalmedium healing info & work on healing emotional pains, you will start to see improvements. Over time you will completely heal. I’m patiently waiting for my day to come. For now I’m so grateful for the improvements that have occurred!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have lots of things to still heal, but I no longer spend 23 hours a day laying flat in bed with the lights off, in unbearable pain, soul crushing fatigue, seizure like tremors often, throwing up almost daily for 2 yrs in a row, super low blood pressure... you get the picture.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please keep going! You deserve to heal & get your life back. 💜
