It can be quite daunting talking to people you don’t know and talking about your business to a room of strangers, you might feel anxious, nervous or fear being judged!
All natural fears but knowing them, acknowledging them and preparing your mindset is key, so prepare yourself. thinking about what you want from the session, who you might want to speak to and your target market helps. practice your pitch and think about your breathing - don’t hold your breath in your pitch breathe deep and project to the room.

What I eat in a day 💛
Life update✨: second week into my new job, new apartment, new chapter if you like in Manchester, I am back in the swing of things with my diet and training... GIRL LOVES A ROUTINE 👏🏼👏🏼
I’m not tracking as such an more - but trying to eat intuitively with the aim to eat around 2000 cals depending on activity 🏃🏽♀️ and hit around 120g protein to keep maintaining muscle.
BREAKFAST - @bulkpowders peanut butter on toast, with banana, blueberries and figs, topped with chia seeds and sugar free syrup.
LUNCH- Tuna mayo salad with sauté potatoes
SNACKS- Apple, cereal bar slice and a fig (I LOVE THEM 😋)
DINNER- Lean mince Bolognese with rice and veg 🥦
DESSERT- Greek yoghurt, watermelon, berries, banana, muesli and @sweetfreedomuk syrup.
Now I’m not being ‘as strict’ with my diet.. I am definitely enjoying more food - trying things I wouldn’t normally have BECAUSE WHY NOT. Food is to be enjoyed after all 💛
This is my typical day of eating and what works for me ✨✨
GOD IS. and always has been there for me, from my highest of highs through my lowest of the Low. .
When I’ve been lost or been scared it NEVER changed. I ALWAYS knew that GOD IS. And that always pulled me through.
Today I RECOGNISE I Am who I AM because of my relationship with him.

Almost forgot how a sincere love note made me feel like, thought I won’t ever survive without the presence of a so-called soulmate, but rest assured this absence allows me to understand myself better without trying to change it. Though I had to learn everything the hard way but I made it through alive by my own and I want to continue living to attain more as life has endless to offer. I definitely have to send myself a #loveletter
