To all of my non-iranian and iranian friends. During the pas few days there have been protests in iran about gas prices and since then it has developed to be about other important issues. Over 100 protesters have been killed and thousands have been arrested. The government has shut down the internet so there is limited information coming out of Iran and communication between people has been very limited. @google and @facebook as well as others have ability to provide internet to iranian people. Please help us spread the news and demand assistance from them. We are all one big FAMILY. 🖤
Days of protests in Iran over rising gasoline prices and a subsequent government crackdown have killed more than 100 people, Amnesty International says. "We believe the real number may be much higher, given there is now a near total block on access to the Internet and many are not able to communicate information about the loss of their loved ones," Amnesty International Iran researcher Raha Behreini told the Associated Press.
