It is difficult to maintain strength, speed, and power by only practicing and playing a sport.
Training during the in-season can help to recover more quickly and help maintain the strength, speed, power, agility, and flexibility that was worked on in the off-season.
Learning the fundamentally correct movement skills for speed and agility, and strength and power is an ongoing process that requires continuous, well thought out work, not sporadic trips to the weight room. A proper strength and conditioning program not only improves athleticism, it prevents injuries.

Our S4C crew has been working extremely hard this summer and there is no doubt they will have the upper hand on their competition this fall and I am excited to watch!
We are half way through our summer program and it is never too late to join and better yourself for your upcoming season!
