My favorite way to break a fast.

People keep asking me “what should I eat?” or “do I need to follow a special diet?” so I want to address it as a general statement.
The diet you should follow is whatever one you’ll stick to.
I don’t eat keto, nor do you have to to consume
Ketones. I don’t count calories, carbs or macros, nor do I even know where to begin if I wanted to.
Do those things work? Absolutely.
Are they for me? Nope.
Simply put, I don’t eat like an asshole.
I follow a keto-ish diet
I drink ketones at least twice a day
I swear by intermittent fasting
I drink a ton of water
And I move my body every day.
I believe, hands down, eating in moderation is the best, most sustainable “diet” out there. I eat keto-ish for the most part. But I also eat French fries if I want French fries. I eat pizza if I’m too lazy to cook dinner. Sometimes I eat a whole bag of chips in one sitting. If my baby wants to go on a donut date, we go on a donut date...just not every day.
Life is too short not to enjoy the things you want to enjoy. Plus, when you have a tool to literally biohack your body into ketosis, it sure freaking helps.
