Ik my bench is super fast and seems easier than what I say the rpe is, but historically I’ve been able to grind out squats, so maybe I’m just a little bitch.
2nd vid 8th rep of 480 a while ago for rpe 10 reference 
Small cue of letting the bar more forward and giving room for legs made world of difference for sumo 
375. Might switch over post nats but if this shit flies we doing it rn

4x4 programmed at 245 but that felt so good on the third I went up to 255 then 265 for 4 then a double at 275 for fun. So relieved my deads came back this prep.
