And his favorite, a weekly Buger King Impossible burger 🍔 (Promised him I’d try it; He swears you can’t tell it’s a vegetarian burger! 😂 )

Found this old workout from the summer and thought I’d post it bc I remember being 💦 drenched 💦 in 💦 sweat 💦 after it so thumbs up for hard workouts

1. Squats 5x5
2. Reverse lunges 5x8
3. Sumo deadlift 5x2
4. Bulgarian split squats 4x8
