Had a great discussion on full body workouts this week. IMO a great come back dynamic especially after a week out of activity. Alot of what training is on both the athletic and aesthetic sides of the spectrum is teaching people how to communicate from the brain(computer) to the unit(motor). As with any machine (we are bio machines) stagnation will cause rust and breakdown of parts, but so will over use. To what degree is higher is based on the subject so to keep the proverbial ball rolling is a big part of how and why I train. 
Push, pull , level drop , and throws today for our total body workout with some core and balance thrown in. Therese is a smaller body type with a ton of fast twitch and an amazing work ethic. Shes a mover so we've integrated some power movements along with balance and core functions as those tax her and quickly safely. KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID!
1️⃣. Floor press with stability ball-keep your sternal crunch as you squeeze your heels down on the small-ball

2️⃣. Quadruped elevated DB row- lower back should "feel" higher than your hips do not suck your hips back row slow

3️⃣. Elevated singleleg squat front loaded- back foot should be engaged through the lift. If your falling off balance it's most likely your back leg

4️⃣. Sumo rope slam- wide squat duck feet slam THROUGH your stance!
