Sure, this would be a nice post-workout snack, but this is not a meal for me. In order to feel satisfied from toast, I always ensure that I'm including Protein/Carbs/Healthy Fats -- otherwise, I'd eat this, and continue scavenging the cupboards or fridge feeling super snacky.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It's true! And I'll be even more honest: when I make a smoothie, I have to paaaack it full of nutrients, otherwise I always feel hungry for more afterwards. Especially if I get a smoothie from a cafe, they often don't add enough 'stuff' besides the fruits so it's frustrating eating out and then feeling hungry by the time you get home.
