Back/Shoulder & Leg Supersets⚡️Challenge yourself by cutting your amount of rest time in between sets and exercises. Doing these Supersets will work on various muscles, but also help increase your heart rate to get the most out of your workout.

Red Bull? Naa, pull ups
After an intense day of back (pull downs, lat sweeps, cable rows, cable pull downs, barbell rows) I went and died on the floor for about 5 minutes, and then tried to burn out on pull ups.
Counted 22, is that what it looks like? Not to bad after working back for over an hour. All time pull up PR is 32. Might have to test it fresh again.
