  • FINALLY!!! The long awaited FULL BODY CIRCUIT! This is a circuit I’ve been doing the past several weeks and it’s exactly what has helped me figure out what my body has been craving. Don’t let the layout of the circuit fool you...this is a beast. Make sure you push yourself....and stretch after 😅 Had a nice celebrity guest for this circuit too @ashnordman 😊

Circuit 1: repeat 4 times.
1. Squats 10
2. Curl to press 10
3. Box jumps 10

Circuit 2: repeat 4 times. 
1. Deadlifts 10
2. Ball slams 10
3. Hanging or laying leg raises 10 (why do I do awkward things with my arms 😂)
