Now something I’d like you to actually take from this post. A question I get asked pretty much on the daily, is how do I stay motivated all the time? It’s pretty simple, I don’t. That’s the only answer to it. I guarantee you if someone is out there telling you they are motivated 24/7 24hrs of the day, they are lying. Your gonna get hit with some nasty bumps on the road, your not ALWAYS gonna see changes in your body, your gaining phase is gonna become boring & just constantly repetitive. It is what it is. One other thing I can guarantee you is that we have ALL been there.

It’s the hard part of just staying the fuck with it. Reflect back on where you began, look back at photos taken, videos of lifts, whatever it may be and let that sink in. Look at the progression that has been made already. Motivation won’t ALWAYS be with you. Just be relentless, consistently just keep looking to become better, YOUR time will come. Just stay with it.
