58 days until SPRING, not that I'm counting 🤣! So thankful that I have my get-up-and-go in a cup, because we all know summer bodies are made in the winter! This cup of goodness keeps me focused, energized, level headed and even suppresses my appetite. If your coffee isn't doing all that.....well, I have 2 day trials for you!! Give it a shot. It just might change your life.
Hoje vamos desejar o bem
Sem olhar a quem
Acabar com a solidão
No ato de estender a mão
Peça tudo que você quiser
Acredite na sua fé
Paz, saúde, vigor, sucesso, alegria
Esperança e amor
Aproveite todas sensações
Sinta a chuva te molhar
E quando o sol chegar
Tenha dentro do seu coração
Pureza e verdade
O que você transmitir
Volta com intensidade
Quando não souber o que pedir
Quando não souber o que doar
Doe sua metade
E depois vai sentir a energia
E satisfação de ver nascer um novo dia 🎶
Morning Mantra: "Do things because you WANT to do them, not because you want to please others." Stop for a second and think about all the times you said "Yes" when you really wanted to say "No." People pleasing hides the real you. It is created by the fear of rejection and the need to earn love. Any relationship based on fear that requires you to put yourself last is not a healthy one. So, when you say Yes to others, make sure you aren't saying No to yourself. #bewillingtostoppeoplepleasing#behappy#behorsey#behippie#horsehippie#morningmantra#inspirationalquotes
Crash and burn!
We all get ill or tired every now and then, but if we don’t look after ourselves emotionally, physically and mentally we will crash and burn and guess what……. I crashed and burnt out big time.
I have neglected my health, body and mind!
Self-care starts with caring for our physical needs.
Are we really looking after our physical needs the best we can?
When people say ‘self-care’, sometimes we think about a lovely spa day, a massage, a holiday, a hike or even going to the gym. We will all have different ways to practise self-care - try writing 10 ways which benefits you.
However, let’s simplify self-care to the bare bones - what are we doing daily to help our physical needs? Self-care can start within our normal daily routine.
Are you stressed at work? What’s the best way to relax? Can you look at your work day and consider making some changes? Listening to music, going for a 5-minute walk or making a phone call to a friend on your break… How can you reduce the stress at work?
Are you organised? A tidy house means a tidy mind, it’s the same with having a calendar or a diary to plan your days and weeks rather than it just being in your head. Being organised will help reduce your stress levels and allow you to relax and unwind.
Are you getting enough exercise daily? I don’t mean hitting the gym for an hour a day – why not make walking 20 minutes outside a part of your daily routine? Escape the 4 walls and discover the great outdoors.
Are you getting enough sleep? Do you have a good sleep schedule, are you relaxed before you go to bed, is your bed comfortable? And try to reduce blue light exposure (electrical devices) before bed.
Are you eating well? Are you looking after your gut? @mind_nourishing has some great articles and discussions on gut health.
Are you having time to yourself to do what you want to do? This could be reading, 15 minutes on the sofa with a cup of tea or even leaving your desk at work for your lunch break and getting away from the office.
Look at your daily routine and see if you can make 3 changes to your day.
Stay Positive 🌻
