Mój drugi spacer po remoncie, godz.23.30, cisza spokój, padło na bibliotekę, i najbardziej obfotografowaną ławkę. Ja widziałem ją dzisiaj jak duży akordeon, szalonego muzyka, było zimno w tym miejscu pi.....jak w kieleckim. Skojarzyłem ten widok z wierszem I.Gałczyńskiego.

Bo już jesień grała, coraz szybciej, na akordeonie złotym i leciały nad dachami skrzypce, liście, klarnety i fagoty.

  • Heavy dead’s tonight with the boys!

@sean_mc_donough , @kylelawlor87 , and I are 11 weeks into the program that I put together for the My Transphormation App and I am feeling great!

Since it had been forever since I did a 1 rep max, this was actually heavier than the projected 1 rep I started with so I would say it’s working!

Got a long way to go but moving in the right direction!

Do what you can and do it HARD
Injuries aren’t an excuse to stop training, they’re an invitation to find a way to train better. Especially if you’re only hurt, not injured.
@rpdrmike leg press depth check? 
Heels will go on soon to aid depth and eliminate heels coming off the pad, but today felt great on the feet and ankles 
2 days ago I couldn’t squat more than a couple inches, but we kept moving, ate, rested/slept, and pushed to the boundaries of pain frequently and today I could at least squat a plate pretty comfortably and am very happy to build on it, slowly but surely, under the guidance of @paul_resilient 
Can’t wait to build some muscle and push some numbers. Want to get this work capacity up as much as possible.
