Tonight’s workout to try out 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
• Assisted Pull Ups 5x12
• Lat Pull Down 4x12
• Narrow Grip S/S Wide Grip Rows 4x15
• Bent Over Single Arm Row 3x12
• Rear Delt Flies 4x15**
Topped it off with some LISS Incline Treadmill Cardio for 35 minutes
