  • Been gone a few days again. So here's the update 🤪 While I was away, I was hitting quite close to my steps or just under. I had one really good day of eating, then I had @shyannmw wedding events to attend. We had a nice day out at the mall on Thursday and I ate good calories then, and I actually did a YouTube Vlog on my day of eating and our day of events. I had to set up the church that night and I got a great amount of steps in. I finished that night out with a salad and hit just a few calories over. Friday was a little crazy because it was the day before the wedding. I had to wake up very early. I picked up my boyfriend, set up the wedding venue, have wedding rehearsal and a wedding rehearsal dinner. We had take out and I honestly wasn't about to decline because I hadn't eaten much else. I had sonic and McDonalds that day for drinks and snacks to keep me going. I didnt have my phone around me much at all that night but it was around 7-8,000 steps by the end of setting it up, so add whatever amount I didnt have my phone. And then yesterday was the actual wedding. I ate sonic before because I was running late. Later that night was the after party with food. But I was active so I hope even though there isn't going to be a loss (most likley) I might maintain still? We'll have to see in a couple of days when I weigh in. I've been a mess today and I slept a lot, did a lot of driving to get home, get my boyfriend sent back to work, etc. So I'm very much so lacking today as well! 
When my YouTube Vlog gets uploaded I'll make an update on that. That day made me really happy. I did super good. I might do more because it's super fun and it makes it a little easier to stay accurate.

  • @chiunafish and I can’t sleep... I think we are too excited for our holiday 😁 So we have decided to bring ourself to the hotel gym since it is 24 hours! It’s a bit small and unfortunately there is no bar weights etc but I will do a bit of cardio and some other weights 💪🏻 @chiunafish and I can’t sleep... { SO fast + SIMPLE, this makes for a perfect weeknight dinner in a flash! Seriously, you can be eating this in about 15-20 minutes from now. .
makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 small, fresh crisp zucchini, spiralized into zoodles ( cleanfoodcrush.com/spiralizer)
4 small chicken breast fillets
2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil, divided
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili flakes, or to taste
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
1.5 ounces organic cream cheese room temperature, OR may use 1.5 ounces of coconut cream for a non-dairy option (but the small amount of cream cheese is pretty  awesome here)

Instructions:
Place zucchini noodles on paper towels and sprinkle with a tiny bit of sea salt.
Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add in chicken breasts then season with sea salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Set aside on a plate to rest for a few minutes, then slice.
Gently pat dry zucchini noodles with paper towels.
Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the minced garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add zucchini noodles into your hot pan and saute for about 2 minutes.
Add in cream cheese, chili flakes into the hot pan and stir gently to combine. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Dish up zucchini noodles equally onto 4 plates, and add sliced chicken on top.
