Hi friends, a little update for ya. For the past month I’ve been traveling all over Europe & I am excited to share some of my favorite spots I discovered along the way. I’m not one for selfies and body shots but thought I would share this . The photo on the left with the cap on was me 2years ago photo on right was taken this summer on holiday . 
My training regimen was exactly the same 2yrs ago as it is today .
I managed to shift 1kilo  of body fat simply by changing my diet cutting down on carbs increasing protein cutting down on bread increasing vitamins and minerals and eating my main meal in the evening early and not snacking in the evening. 
Food is key in your training doesn’t matter how hard you train if your not eating correctly you won’t get the body  image you seek.

I added karbolyn into my pre stack about 3 weeks ago and I have never felt stronger, had more energy, or been able to maintain my energy level for my entire workout.

I’ve honestly seen every vegan and plantbased documentary out there, whether it be touting ethics, health, or environmental rationale (or a combination of all 3) and this documentary produced by James Cameron took it up 10 notches.  I was stunned by some of the medical findings, for instance how one single meal of grassfed beef or organic chicken can negatively impact blood flow.  ONE MEAL!  It’s no surprise to me that the leading cause of death among elite athletes is cardiovascular disease.
