Ad due to brand mentions

The Bergamot syrup is a new arrival in my homebar 🤩 so I was excited to shake up a cocktail with it 🤗 pairred it with my homemade gin infusion 🌞 and went from there 😉 so here it is 🙌 enjoy

The 🍹 Berg berry

15 ml bergamot syrup @monin_europe
50 ml gin strawberry & rhubarb infused
15 ml aperol @aperolspritzofficial
15 ml lillet rosé @lillet
dash of saline

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice ❄ give it a good shakey wakey 🕺 untill chilled ❄ double strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice ❄ and garnish with a 🌸 flower

We LOVE @ginmare, ‘Mare’ which of course means sea 🌊 It’s made using the finest botanicals of the region, such as Arbequina olives, thyme, rosemary and basil. Absolutely delightful in a G&T with a sprig of rosemary to add that savoury hint of a garnish. Low A.B.V. stands for low alcohol by volume, and it means precisely that: These drinks have less alcohol for unit volume than high-A.B.V. drinks. Spirits like gin, tequila, and whiskey are often around 40 to 50% A.B.V. while wine is usually around 8 to 12%.🥴 Then, there is a spectrum of spirits that clock in in the 15 to 35% range.
