After my workout today I treated myself with our new @pranaon caramel espresso protein shake @crossfitwanderlust_bali . 😋.

I love how easy the plant based diet has become, even for athletes. I still get people asking how I get my proteins etc, but as the plant based food is becoming more and more popular, even with athletes and crossfitters, I find that people are being more curious and open minded as they find out that cutting animal products is not a “hippie thing” but a responsible choice respecting our planet and other beings along with our health when done smart.

I’m proud to live my values and lead by example - without judging, but by inspiring and helping people who are interested by themselves.

I encourage everyone to be open minded, try out new things, keep your eyes and ears open, study where your food comes from and what the impacts are outside your own taste experience and health - It might blow your mind! 😉🤙🏾 PLANT BASED 💪🏾 . “Landed late last night into Bali, straight to bed ready for my first class @crossfitwanderlust_bali. Having stalked this place on insta for years I’ve literally been so excited to experience this place first hand, and it didn’t disappoint! Great facility (much bigger than I thought) with a fantastic fun vibe. Busy classes and great coaching too. Even bumped into 3 familiar faces @nicola_elizabeth1985 @paul_pt_mc and @simonas_method who I met @unit27thailand / @unit27_crossfit_phuket (the fitness community is so small).

I’ll be training here for the next two weeks at the packages for unlimited CrossFit classes, metcon, stretch, movement, olympic lifting, and open gym! #Bargain! AND FREE TOWELS TOO (#winning — it’s the little things sometimes).

Here are the package prices
1 week : 600.000IDR = £35
2 weeks : 900.000IDR = £50
1 month : 1.700.000IDR = £100
6 month : 7.200.000IDR = £400
...Aiming to do a good mix of 10 classes a week // works out at £2.50 a class... can’t say fairer than that!! Good value and great for a potential @nanaretreats right? 🤷🏽‍♂️.

  • It’s not always easy to stick to your routine when overseas especially when traveling with kids. But whether it’s holidays, a work day, any kind of day, we are energy and should move. It’s how our body works! Make the time. If you holiday with me, chances are you’ll sweat with me. Play hard, train harder. It feeds my soul sharing both with friends. It’s been easy with @crossfitwanderlust_bali down the road- every day I mixed up the METCON + CrossFit, I thrive on variety + performance based workouts not repetitive workouts and I am obsessed with their classes, it’s my no 1 place to train anywhere in the world. ( that’s a big claim to make!!) The community @davedriskell has made is not only buzzing Everyday , It’s bloody amazing I always make a new friend or 2, run into people I trained with last trip, a year ago even 4 years ago here and I always feel so elated being there. Fitness to me is always about the friends you meet along the way also. 
Dave asked me to try their new line of classes too called BURN, which they have 3 days a week which is a fast high intensity, dynamic class with no barbell or gymnastics moves. Perfect for those who have never tried CrossFit before or may feel intimidated by it. Still they were killers and so fun to do with my mates. Close to 2 weeks of training here is always hard to beat!
