You just have to go for it, and take the risk 💪🏼 ✨ .
Lately, my motivation levels for the gym have been on a freaking roller coaster 🎢, but one thing that has kept me going is determination to just go in there and get it done ✅ .
not every session is going to be a great one, life happens; but at least you made it in, that’s already a win in itself .
When I am down on myself (side note : I am way too freaking hard on myself) I think of when I first started this journey almost 6 years ago and the progress that I have made.
Take it day by day, it isn’t a marathon or sprint to the finish line, everyone is on their own unique journey in lifting and in life. I know it is easier said than done, because I still struggle with wanting to compare myself to others, but remaining positive and staying driven is getting me one step closer to my goals .
Today is the first day of Advising Break, so no classes today! I had my advising yesterday and it went really well! My college career has been really rocky and I could tell my advisor was really disappointed with me, but this time I could tell she was proud!! I got myself back on track! It’s all uphill from here ☺️ Today I made ribeye steak and salad for dinner. I got to the library way later than I had hoped to but it was okay because I got to sleep in and relax at home for a bit. I finished drafting my Sexta Scriptio, now I just need to translate it... which is the bulk of the work. I had Bible Study today with @ihrkd_211 and we wrapped up our study of Philippians with reflections. Next week starts Colossians!
Let me speak some cold, hard, truth straight to your heart right NOW... If you want something bad enough, there is NOTHING that can stand in your way.
When I made the decision to become a nurse, I worked my booty off-
Enrolled in college while still in high school
Worked 3-4 jobs at any given moment
HUSTLED & took out credit cards to survive
No amount of time or money could keep me from hitting that goal.
Let me tell you something.
That SAME HUSTLE is being put into coaching.
When I signed up in January- I was a fresh nurse at a new job with THOUSANDS of dollars in debt.
High car payment.
Trying to save to buy a house.
No free time, or so I THOUGHT.
Has ANY of that stopped me?! Nope. And it won’t.
You will see me here, day in & day out. Hustling.
Because I have dreams. And big goals that I WILL achieve.
The POINT of this post is not to make myself sound superior- because here’s the deal.
We’re not so different, you & me.
If you have a goal- but you THINK that time or money or WHATEVER else is in your way.... It’s not.
It’s only you that’s blocking your blessings.
I believe that coaching could be the answer for SO many of you to finally reach those goals & to stop the stress of just trying to handle life.
But you have to trust me.
Change. Something. To. Change. Your. Life.
Your loving coach Hayley💕
