It similar to the one I posted but with an extra abduction.
Im still figuring out and trying what position (height, angle and positioning etc) I like the best. But I definitely feel the glutes working.

➡️ Cable Cuff Hip External Rotation
You place the cable a little higher (just below your knee).
The standing leg is slightly bent and act as stabilizer and helps to externally rotate. As you can see I slightly twist and push out a little more which makes a big difference!
So your standing leg is the leg working the most which you will prob feel if you try 🤗

  • Killed it training with bros @thabigdog32 @boosted_fk last night doing squats! 💪 Hit 4 PR sets once I was amped up. 😁 Did 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x2 275, 1x2 315, 345 single, 1x2 365 PR, 1x2 385 PR, 1x10 325 PR, and 1x25 225 constant tension reps PR (last 5 were just normal reps though)! 🤘 Awesome session with these guys and my bro @thabigdog32 hit a huge PR with 365! He is climbing back up the ladder!
