  • This weekend I had the pleasure of cooking with chef @whatsandreacooking at our second pop up, our theme was Abbondanza, which is abundant in Italian. 
Our feast started off with wood fire pizzas and Nonna Rosa meatballs with cocktails.

On the table we had fresh made bread and Lambrusco wine blend

Antipasti: Grilled stone fruit salad 
Peak season stone fruit | smoked honey | balsamic vinegar | farmer’s cheese | arugula

Primi: Cappelletti 
Cappelletti | ricotta | truffle butter | prosciutto | oyster mushrooms

Secondi: Cioppino served table side with roasted garlic crostini’s 
Dolci: Amaretti Berry Panna Cotta aka a dessert terrarium 
Digestivi: Limoncello and Pistachio Gelato in pizzelle cones

We made practically everything from scratch including the cheeses 🧀 and were able to present it in Andreas beautiful dining room.
