This yummy lunch is halloumi, kidney beans and kale seasoned with paprika and garlic 💖💚 .
I also FINALLY got my first red tomato from my garden 🍅 so I chopped that up and popped it on top 😋 so good!

  • 30 Min Meal Idea: White Pizza

Here’s the second recipe using my béchamel white sauce! This was so good, and my family couldn’t even tell it was GF! 
1 box @chebe_bread GF pizza mix + box instruction ingredients 
1/2 batch of my béchamel white sauce (find the recipe on my feed!)
Toppings of choice: we used marinated artichoke hearts, roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh mozz, and fresh basil from the garden.

Make pizza crust according to package directions (they make this so easy! No yeast and loaded with cheese- YUM). Cook in the oven for about 7 minutes before adding your toppings.

Add your béchamel sauce and toppings, and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. I love serving pizza with a side salad for an extra dose of nutrients.
