What’s in tacos are of course essential for flavor but the chosen tortillas are also make it or break it for me because they set the tone for the rest of the taco, amiright? 🙌🏻 I always go for @mikeys cassava flour tortillas because they’re made with only six simple ingredients and always hold my taco stuffers just how I like them 😏. I've been getting TONS of messages lately people asking me what to eat to gain weight. So I've created this infographic here with the hope that it will help you.

Picking the right food when bulking has several benefits.
⠀
✅ It allows you to reach your calorie intake faster
⠀
✅ High calorie, dense foods tend to be less satiating. Great for those struggling to gain weight.
⠀
✅ They taste damnn good!
⠀
Of course, you can still go for less calorie dense food choices if you like.
⠀
Remember, your health is your wealth. In other words, do not forget to get those micros in from lower calorie dense foods like your veggies/fruits.

At the end of the day what matters is you are 1) picking foods you enjoy eating, 2) reaching your needed calories for your goal and 3) having a 60/40, 70/30, 80/20 (depending on your hunger) flexible dieting balance.

So 60-80% of your food choice should come from high quality, unprocessed, nutritious food sources.
