What do you do to raise your vibe?
Your mindset and energy matter when it comes to becoming successful on your health journey. If you start a new protocol thinking “nothing ever works for me”, do you think you’ll truly be successful?
Truth: probably not.
Something I want to start implementing with my women in practice is mindset coaching prior to us actually getting down to business when it comes to balancing your hormones.
So what do you do when you’re feeling blah to raise your vibe? I throw on an early 2000s pop playlist and remind myself life does NOT need to be taken so seriously. Playing with my 3 year old is also a really great way to get out of my head and stop going down the negative spiral.
So what do you do? Let me know in the comments below.

Sometimes life gets hard, stressful, painful… Maybe you feel overwhelmed, maybe things have been piling up on you. Or maybe you feel like you can’t catch a break. We all have those days, those seasons. But today, I would like to challenge you to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. 🌅 I challenge you to find one piece of good, positivity, or beauty in the season that you’re in right now. Whatever your situation at the moment, 𝘐 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘣𝘰𝘸 🌈𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘥𝘴⛈ 📸 cred: my dear mama!

Imagine you are a simple shoemaker. You work very hard to support your family by creating shoes for your community. Your dream is to see the king. One day, you make a special expensive pair of shoes for the king. You come to the palace with these expensive shoes for the king, but the soldiers absolutely refuse you from seeing the king. The soldiers offer to take the shoes to the king and they say, “You can make an appointment to see the king. The next available appointment is next year.” You accept the offer for the shoes and you go on your way thinking, “When will I ever be able to see the king?!”. We are this shoemaker. We are simple people living on the same earth. We want our king, Hashem here with us to answer our every plea and to appreciate the “shoes we make for him”.
the king is in the field.
Hashem the king is in the field.
Hashem is “here” more than any other time during the year. He is here to listen to your tefillos.
He is here as a father to listen to your every cry.
He is here to listen to your “dayenu - it’s enough get us out of golus.”
He is solely here for YOU!
Take it to ACTION:
These next six days of the month of ELUL.
Think about this comfortable time where Hashem is not here to judge (unlike Yom Kippur). He is here holding your hand wanting to talk to you and give you a hug!
Let’s daven harder and scream for the coming of Moshiach B’meharu V’yamainu Amen!!!!!!!!!!
