Healthy brunch hack!! My go to at brunch is typically finding whatever veggie rich plate they’ve got in the menu and customizing it by requesting two poached eggs (and maybe a side of sour dough toast if it’s made in house 😋). I especially love vegetarian or vegan dishes because they typically use combos of spices or herbs I would never think to do at home! This plate is a roasted squash with cucumber relish and it was so so good. How do y’all order at brunch?
