  • Yesterday was a big first for me since starting my #keto journey. I have struggled with fasting since we started and it caused me significant anxiety. The past few months, I have been able to pretty consistently do a #16hrfast daily.
It was a spontaneous decision but I really felt off this week and needed a reset- so I finally did a #24hrfast! It definitely has me feeling a lot better than I was before. Will be adding this in to my routine more frequently.

Tips:
Be prepared and research ahead of time.
I wish I had not decided to do it on a whim so I could prepare electrolyte supplements and have a high quality meal for when I finished. I definitely felt the point in my day where electrolytes would have been helpful (about hour 20/21) and those last few hours were tough. 
Now that I have completed the fast I will be doing more research about extended fasts for future experiences and the most beneficial ways to prepare and end those fasts.

Hydrate.
Make sure to be drinking lots of fluids especially in this disgusting heatwave we are experiencing in Ontario. When you aren't consuming food it is a lot easier to get dehydrate.

• 저번 단식 때는 7.0까지 나왔는데, 너무 높은것도 좋지는 않지만 뭔가 키토식으로 잘 해오다가 단식했을 때랑 치팅 계속하고 단식했을 때랑 차이가 나는게 수치로 보인다.
• 눈으로도 보이는게, 뭔가 체중은 주는데 눈바디가 그리 만족스럽지 않은것이, 체지방 퍼센트가 높은 느낌이다 ㅠ 무섭지만 인바디 한번 재어봐야겠다.
• 또 한가지 차이점은 좀 생활하기가 몸이 힘들다. 저번에는 되게 에너지 뿜뿜하면서 와 단식 진짜 더 오래할 수 있겠다 싶었는데 이번에는 252시간 계획 해놓고 어지럽고 기립성 현기증 때문에 120시간에서 멈춤
• 의지의 한국인... 반드시 252 성공한다
