Being that it’s my higher carb day I came prepped with da best⚡️

Sadly, I didn’t get to eat any cheat meals tonight because I’m doing Phase 2 of #livehard.

But with the extra carbs I did eat for my high carb day, I did use a Glucose Disposal Agent! This allows you to shuttle more glucose into the muscle cell.
.
By storing more glucose in the muscle you are decreasing the amount of glucose that can store as fat.
.
I use these at every cheat meal and every high carb day to limit the amount of damage caused.

However if you eat like a total asshole these will not help😂
.
