1/2 cup @mayversfood almond Brazil nut and cashew spread (or any nut butter) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 tbsp maple (optional) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 tbsp @redtractorfoods hemp seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup coconut flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp plant based vanilla protein (I used @bulknutrients earth protein)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup shredded coconut ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp Macca powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp warm water to add if too chunky⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix in a bowl, roll into balls, freeze for 1 hr⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Added big chunks of @hukitchen cashew butter + pure vanilla bean dark chocolate bar for some chocolatey goodness. I stopped myself at two, but probably could have eaten them all.

Double Cashew Butter Blondie's:⁣
1 1/2 cups of oat flour (I used @bobsredmill)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce⁣
2 flax eggs (2 TBLS of flaxmeal + 5 TBLS of warm water)⁣
1/2 cup cashew butter⁣
1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted⁣
2 tsp of vanilla extract⁣
2 TBLS of maple syrup⁣
2 TBLS of plant milk (I used homemade unsweetened vanilla - link in bio for discount on @elliesbest bigger better nut bag )⁣
1 tsp baking soda⁣
1 @hukitchen cashew butter + pure vanilla bean dark chocolate bar, chopped⁣
Method:⁣
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 8x8 baking dish wish parchment paper.⁣
2. Combine your melted coconut oil, maple syrup, plant milk, vanilla extract, applesauce and flax egg together and stir until combined.⁣
3. Add in your baking soda, oat flour and cashew butter. Stir until well combined. ⁣
4. Fold in 3/4 of your dark chocolate chunks, saving the rest.⁣
5. Pour your batter into your parchment lined dish. Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate on top.⁣
6. Bake for 25-30 mins. Let cool completely and cut into 9 squares. Enjoy!⁣
