- 9 x 40kg deadlifts
- 9 x toes to bar (rings)
- 9 x 40kg power cleans
- 9 x Air squats
- 9 x 40kg push jerk
- 9 x over bar burpees

Got to the gym, got in the zone, expecting it to take me a while as these lifts aren't my forté, and completed it in a respectable 3:09 🥳 yay, go me!

It's fair to say after that small amount of work, I was goosed! I then found out that you have to infact complete said 3minute circuit NINE times! Hence the 'nasty' part!

Massive respect to crossfitters, their strength and stamina is INSANE! Definitely something I will be introducing into my training sessions, both for me, and my clients!
