Você já experimentou trocar a manteiga normal pela manteiga Ghee Me More?⠀

One of the biggest reasons we give up on something is also the saddest. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s lack of support. Be it a spouse, family members, or friends, one of the fastest ways people are pulled off track from reaching their goals is when they aren’t fully supported by those they love.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This happens for different reasons…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The person could fear what it means for your relationship if YOU change.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They could think you won’t be fun anymore.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They don’t understand.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Worst case, they want to keep/assert control.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It can start with comments about why you’re not eating something at a social gathering to giving you a hard time over your dedication to the gym.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever the case is, this is one of the easiest ways to quit on yourself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But here’s the thing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You get ONE LIFE.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
YOU are your top priority always.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why not live it your healthiest, most confident, most vibrant, and most impactful?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can even be the catalyst for change in your circle.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But please…never, EVER let anyone talk you out of your journey and dedication to health.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you ever experienced this or know someone who has?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Either way, I’m here to support the best version of YOU. Tag the people who support you below!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Post upper body pump and reeealllyyyy hard flex 🥵💪🏼
Wanna hear something funny about “fit people”? .. sure ya do 🙂
People who succeed in creating healthier lifestyles or dieting habits didn’t succeed the first time, or the second time, or even the third time. It’s FAIL, FAIL, FAIL again.
It took me yearssss to get a hang of it after finally investing in a coach and figuring out what works best for me, and even THEN I failed countless times 🤷🏻♀️ ask anyone and chances are it’s true in some form or fashion.
Each time we try, something is happening to our neural pathways 🧠 something new is reinforced. Then it slowly becomes etched enough, embedded enough for us to create a ritual, habit, healthier living.
We are creatures of habit. Keep trying. Break things down little by little. Keep failing. Keep starting over. Stay patient. It gets easier each time. Struggle and failure are an inevitable part for most people of success.
You’re not a failure for failing. You’re not a lost cause. You WIN via failure👊🏼
