Something I’m sure we all struggle with once in a while, let’s be real
I don’t know what it is, but some weeks are so hard and some weeks are so good
I think the biggest difference that I’ve noticed is when I’m around people who truly make my heart so happy, I become so grateful for that moment and for the people I’m surrounded by
It’s kinda funny, cause we all meet so many people day to day, some stay in our lives and some are just passing by
I had a huge shift in my mindset about people who enter my life
I’m so grateful for each and every one
Sometimes I may not show it, but I’m such an internalizer. I experience things and I really reflect on those moments when I’m alone
I’m grateful for who has made me laugh, been a shoulder to cry on, listened to me when I couldn’t stop talking about what I’m excited about, for who has made me cry, and for who has opened my eyes to things I didn’t notice before
I think our impact is huge
My mom and I were talking about that this morning. The smallest things can stick with someone forever, so it’s so important to try and be a positive light in others lives
I’m grateful for everyone who has crossed paths with me, and I hope I’ve positively affected them like they have me

a quick and moderate weights legs workout from the middle of the week • cable legs deadlifts 4set x 15reps
• cable squats 4sets x 15reps
• lines walking lunges 4sets x 2lines (12 each leg)
