Recently Ive been traveling for a while , and each place Ive been to i would look for pull up bars and park where i can workout, but belive or not there is not such a places here in Asia , at least not lot of them. They maid calisthenics gyms where drop ins and month memberships are pretty expensive, using conventional gyms are not my style as I don’t really like them and bodybuilding sister of trainings. Calisthenics supposed to be free , you don’t need much equipment, just some pull up bar and parallel bars and good will, motivation, that’s all. I got on idea to make this community in Shenzhen coz I live there. This gonna be community for all people that are calisthenics lovers and would like to workout, we will workout in different parks in Shenzhen , and everything will be free of course. My name is Uroš Đorđević, i am working out for more then 10 Years, Ive been trying many different systems and variations of training so far ( bodybuilding system, CrossFit , Round training system, Calisthenics, weightlifting and so ) my personal favorite is combination of Calisthenics and Weightlifting ( similar to CrossFit , just CrossFit is not putting that much attention to strict gymnastics movements ) and I think this system of training is best. I am owner of CrossFit level 1 trainer certification as well. Hope I gonna successfully make this community big and strong.
