Started today off walking some furry friends and then came home to this delightful chocolatey mousse for breakfast🤪🍫 I was going to save it for after gym but I couldn’t wait! Very simple and easy to make the night before or leave to chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge before☺️|| this recipe serves 3 || 213cals, 20g carbs, 8g fat + 15g protein
WHAT YOU NEED;
1/2c milk (I used almond)
1/2c chocolate (I used dark 70% cocoa)
1 3/4c non fat Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
1tsp vanilla extract
WHAT TO DO;
1. Add milk to pan and slowly warm through.
2. Add chocolate on low heat and allow to melt.
3. Set aside to cool for 5 mins then hand whisk in Greek yoghurt, honey and extract. There should be no lumps.
4. Chill for minimum of 2 hours or over night. Add some fruits if you fancy 👅
GREEK YOGURT DRESSING
Servings: About 1 cup, enough for 4-5 salads
🍃2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, from one lemon
🍃1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, best quality such as Lucini
🍃1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
🍃1 teaspoon minced garlic, from about 2 cloves
🍃1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
🍃1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, best quality such as Lucini
🍃1/2 teaspoon salt
🍃1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
🍃1/2 teaspoon dried dill
