  • “Red Neck Reflections”
Reflecting back to that little slough on the #seward highway that was filled with so many opportunities for the camera. I’m Thankful for this Red Necked Grebe who stuck around long enough for me to grab his good side 😉. Wish we had more places like this in Iowa. But for now, I’ll just keep traveling far and wide with my camera in hand! “Red Neck Reflections” Reflecting back to that little slough on the #seward highway that was filled with so many opportunities for the camera. • My must-haves for a long run: a multifunctional headwrap, @altrarunning shoes, and a @nathansportsinc hydration pack. I’d say a watch too except I’m too well-known for not using mine effectively or forgetting it altogether 😆

I’m working on a detailed review of my newest pack, the VaporAiress 2.0 (worn here). Go to my stories and post any questions you have about this pack or wearing a pack, in general. • “Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.”
- @brenebrown .
As a lot of you might be new to my page, I wanted to take a second and introduce myself - unedited, real and honest. .
I’m andrea, a mom to three beautiful children here on earth and a daughter who was born into heaven almost 5 years ago. While our loss doesn’t define us, it does frame my story and has become my power and inspiration to pursue vulnerability, community, and strength with other moms using social media. .
When I’m not changing diapers and watching Paw Patrol, I also encourage other moms on their health and fitness journeys and help women build businesses doing the same. i was the biggest network marketing naysayer until this opportunity changed my life and I saw what incredible growth and blessing could come from pursuing a home business while I raised my kids.
.
Aside from #momlife, I love playing tennis, traveling with my family (and without), margaritas, being in Colorado, golf, dry shampoo, the color turquoise, motivational quotes and bible verses and playing any kids of games and sports! .
I’m an #introvert, an #enneagram3, a #believer and can be super self critical while always believing the best in others. Motherhood is always teaching me about my own pride and weaknesses - not always easily, and now that I’m 40 I’m realizing more and more how important being real, inviting people to do life together, and creating community really is. .
I’ve decided to embrace social media and use it for good - what brings you here? “Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.” - @brenebrown .
