  • Light @costco run. What do you like from #Costco? I was excited to go back today and get another box of this #grassfed steak they had last week but there was none!! Ahhh 😱 just when you find something perfect. It’s gone! Oh well hopefully I’ll see it again. How do you shop! For myself personally, I like to buy 99% gluten and dairy free and not processed with corn syrup and the other junk. I do love the grass fed butter and I’m actually gonna make ghee from some of it. I stick with all #healthy non processed snacks for the #kids although they WISH I’d buy a huge box of Oreos and Doritos but, nope!  @hippeas_snacks are back, although I don’t care for this flavor, my kids will eat it because it’s the closest they’ll get to Cheetos without all the crap 😜😝 I teach my kids to read ingredients not just labels. Sugar free doesn’t means it’s healthy. More than likely it’s full of chemical fake sugars. When you eat non processed low sugar antibiotic free foods, lots of Green your body stays alkaline. Disease cannot survive in an alkaline body. Just an acidic one. Acidity comes from toxic buildup, the wrong foods you constantly consume and stress. #choosewell #bewell #eatorgsnic #gogreen #alkaline #notacidic
