As someone with celiac disease, eating out of the house can be quite intimidating! I have created a list of the gluten free options I found at the CNE yesterday:
1) British Baked Goods- This shop had quite a few options, including butter tarts!  I tried their ham quiche. It was quite bland and the crust stuck to the tin.
2) World of Cake Decorating- They had a sign up mentioning that the products are not made in dedicated gluten free facility, but try their best to clean the equipment.
3) A maple syrup store also located in the Arts, Crafts and Hobbies Pavillion. They had gluten free cotton candy ($4) and maple syrup lollipops ($1). 4) Tropic Love- For $10,  you can have Dole soft serve in a pineapple or watermelon! This one looked pretty neat. There are two stands for this, each with different soft serve flavors. One of the stands had the option of using a cup instead of the fruit.

Lastly, in the food building and online, there is a list of all the food vendors. There are options indicated on this board for halal, vegetarian, but nothing for gluten free. I strongly suggest the CNE keeps an inclusive environment by having gluten free options and indicating them on this information list.
