Così ho optato per una colazione veloce: pancake gigante (1 uovo, 4 cucchiaini di farina di ceci, stevia, rapa rossa in polvere, un cucchiaino di lievito per dolci) cotto nel pentolino, un po' di marmellata di albicocche @rigonidiasiago due prugne e mezza banana. Direi che fino a pranzo sono a posto 🤣🤣
This morning I stayed in bed... till 8 o'clock😱😱😱 that's really much for me!!! So I had a quick breakfast: a huge pancake (1 egg, 4 teaspoon of chickpea flour, stevia, beatroot flour 1 tsp, and baking powder) cooked in a pan. Plus some apricot Jam, half banana and a couple of plums. I think I'll be full Till lunch time 🤣🤣

Diving into the week with a big bowl of health! 💚 It's like ice cream, but made of all fruit!!🍌🍓Really though, it satisfies my perpetual ice cream craving 😄 Recipe below!!
-1 sliced banana, frozen
-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1 Tablespoon flaxseeds
-dash of your fav non-dairy milk (I used @thrivemarket oat milk)
🌞Blend up everything in a high-powered blender until smooth & creamy! (I treated myself to a @vitamix last year 💃) Top as desired and DIG IN!!🍨🤗

There are so many reasons why this is one of my favorite times of the year: the weather, the colors outside, the smells, Halloween, Thanksgiving, soups, spices, cozy layers, and seasonal foods. Let's talk about seasonal foods though! I encourage people to eat seasonal fruits and veggies since they are fresher, contain more nutrients, and cheaper. I love all types of squash, not only for their variety of flavors, but also because they are loaded with vitamins and nutrients, and help aid in digestion. Any anyone with digestive issues will benefit from them in their diet.
These PUMPKIN pancakes are packed with all good stuff to keep you full and satisy your tastebuds!🧡
PUMPKIN SPICED PANCAKES:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 Tbs tbs flax meal
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1/2 cup milk of choice, I use flax milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs tahini
1 tsp Silan
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg, allspice, and clove (more or less, to your taste).
*Optional: 1 mashed banana, 1 /2 cup of chocolate chips. .
In blender, combine the flour and pumpkin puree, pour in the milk, to get the flour moist. Add in remaining ingredients. * fold in chocolate chips and banana. Cook in skillet over medium low heat. *Top with walnuts or pecans, 100% maple syrup, bananas, or nut butter! .

Min kæreste og jeg havde en masse arbejde i weekenden, derfor besluttede vi at holde søndag på en mandag, hvilket skulle fejres med denne stak af pandekager! Min kæreste, der ellers ikke altid er fan af den tendenserende "glutenfrie-kulturbølge", var helt vild med dem! .

When your craving French Toast.... But you’re a plant based family and your on a 30 day healthy living program.... your hubby will improvise! He found this amazing vegan French toast recipe online ... made a few substitutes.... used our fav gluten free bread from @thornburybakerycafe and voila ... French toast! Thanks babe! It was delicious
