  • FULL BODY WORKOUT with @kikifitness_ 💪🏾 WARMUP STRETCHES - so important! You don't want to injure yourself or strain any muscles! Use a foam roller or do some static and dynamic stretches before your workout 💪🏾 SITUPS INTO A RUSSIAN TWIST - these were evil!!! Tried to keep my legs above ground for sit ups, to make this harder! Really works on your core 💪🏾 BICEP CURL INTO A SHOULDER PRESS! - keeping core tight, I kept arching my back, then tried correcting it, control down slowly when you lower down from the bicep curl 💪🏾 GOBLET SQUAT INTO A PLATED SHOULDER PRESS! - try to get as low as you can in your slot and use a heavier than normal weight plate, to allow your arms to workout too!

Did other workouts too but didn't film them!
