Your girl is on a streak...ok it’s just 2 days in a row but that’s the most consecutive days of running that I’ve had in awhile.
While my daughter was practicing tonight, I got some hill training in. Let me be clear. I HATE HILLS. But I know if I only train on flat runs that my race will feel super hard. So I’d rather train hills now and enjoy my race later.
Any tips on how to enjoy hill training more or will they always suck?
