Couldn’t flat bench properly today since I deadlifted heavy yesterday, so i decided to just do chest accessories. Tried barbell incline instead of dumbbells, hit 315 for 3x5 followed by flat DB and flies. Haven’t hit incline barbell for at least 8 months before this lol

Many people don’t understand the concept that your progression is dependent upon your input. If you simply go through the motions, you’re never going to move forward. You’re only holding yourself back from achieving those desired goals.
When you pick up weights slightly to heavy for you, think “shit, lucky gym be empty” get a glimpse in mirror...Put them back just in time before the regular dude across the street walks in, and gives you “The Nod”. Only to look down seeing he is training with no shoes but comfort is key, and you gotta do what ya gotta do. Yep, lucky I put these weights back mate, your toes may have just been squished, but health and safety regulations don’t matter in the gym right... #donttakethisseriously
