  • Thank you #sandiego for another visit. In addition to visiting a beautiful soul sister, I usually come here to rest, restore, and explore. However, this time was also about creating and healing.

For years, I've been feeling called to write and for the past 2 years, I've been majorly simplifying my life. My time in San Diego allowed me to do both. I typed and organized about 8 years of journal writings and travel stories in the computer and then released them physically, emotionally and energetically in a fire ceremony.

What an enlightening experience to read and reflect my own words. What a gift to realize there some emotions, relationships and experience i thought I kept go of were still buried deep and needed to finally resolve.

And now that this part of the journey is complete, it's time to move on. Headed out on the road to Arizona and excited to see where it takes me. Thank you #sandiego for another visit.
