I promise I’ll be doing medley’s of photos in time, been editing them in hopes of evoking the emotions experienced when capturing them.
I love this trip. I love these people. I’ve got some besties that I feel like I’ve known a lifetime. But in truth there are moments of homesickness and a longing to come back and see the ones I’ve missed.
I’ve spread my wings and flew for a bit, time to touch the ground again.
We made it home chasing the sunset, and enjoying the lightning out in the distance ☁️ also Do you know what’s prettier than looking up at the clouds? Looking down on them ♥️ You know that feeling like you’re at a sleep over and it’s past your bed time? Yeah that’s me right now, not looking forward to getting up in a few hours for work 🙂🙃 .
Welcome Home 💚
This is our 1905 beauty out here in the PNW. With Shiley being an architect major focusing on sustainability and preservation, and Ryan being a technician, we are SO excited to pour our souls into our house to make sure it will continue to thrive for many years to come 🏡
Welcome to our home, and welcome to our journey 👋🏼
Not the best pictures but, we’ve made huge progress this week!
It’s all painted and ready for everything to be assembled. We chose Benjamin Moore-Classic Grey for the walls but, I got it only 50% tint and it’s PERFECT! We actually want to repaint our bedroom and living room this color now. The ceiling is Chantilly Lace and is a perfect clean white.
We had picked Hale Navy for the vanity but, when we got the sample it was WAY to dark. I went through 4 colors before we found the perfect navy. It’s Benjamin Moore-Newburyport Blue and it’s exactly what I wanted.
We got the the new light fixture hung and now tomorrow we will install the vanity, countertop and sink! I’m so excited and so in love with everything we’ve done. It wouldn’t have been possible without Tyson....he’s beyond talented and doesn’t give himself enough credit for all his hard work. *swipe to see all the pictures*
