Horrid sleepy sleeps have now become an upset in themselves. Insta sleeping & waking, or waking every half an hour, jumping out your skin, from dreams or panic, or panic your in dreams, waking to noises that aren't there like the dog barking or someone knocking like hell on the door at 4am?? Have always had bad sleeps or disturbed sleeps, nightmares & even the worse of the worse, mind waking body not, stuck inside panicking. Usually with an added dark shadowy figure hovvering just by me. S E L F C A R E 🥰 I had a terrible night [sleep] last night. So my incredible hubby has made an epsom salt bath for me with this amazing little set up. -----
I need it. He asked me how I am doing this morning and I just broke. I'm in agony and for months the pain I feel in my hip/back/leg (left side) has progressively gotten worse. So bad that I can't lift my leg on it's own anymore or roll over in bed. It either pops or grinds until it finds it's place again and then each step shoots pain up and down my left side.
So in an effort to get some sleep, the past fortnight I have been sleeping upright. It's so uncomfortable. I finally went to an obstetric physiotherapist and she recommended some prescription pregnancy shorts because according to the ligament has stretched so far off, and detched itself, from my pelvis there is no longer anything supporting the weight. Plus she said with the shorts I will be able to sleep lying down again. So I wore these shorts last night and they do NOT work. In fact I think I have stepped back in my recovery and it's really disheartening. -----
Has anyone else been in this situation? I still have two weeks left of work, 5wks of the pregnancy. It's really daunting to think of that in nights remaining.
