Here comes the scary exam season. Bringing with it a lot of unwanted things, starting from anxiety to tension to depression to peer pressure to family pressure to fear of failing to fear of not doing according to one's exception to not being the topper to not getting the highest marks. And alas!! the list continues.
But wait so much of pressure, relax, give yourself time its your brain, not a pressure cooker, by the way.
This is what happens with all of us during exam season. With so much things going in our mind it becomes difficult to concentrate and focus on your studies.
So lets find a way out to deal with exam anxiety.
1. Give yourself time to think.
2. Understand your strength and weaknesses.
3. Have a proper schedule and time table, make sure you follow that.
4. Set small and realistic targets and goals.
5. Practice and revise a lot.
6. Focus on areas that you are weak at.
7. Eat healthy and fresh fruits. Drink a lot of water.
8. To remain positive and motivated give yourself enough breaks and do something that relives you off your burden.
9. Most importantly have that self belief and confidence that you can achieve anything that you want.
And most important
Just give your best. This is what matters the most, nothing else.😊😊😊😊

Green juice, green juice, green juice! But without the heavy fruits or added sugar helps me lose excess water weight and helps detox the body. It gives me the needed potassium at 10% per serving and and 4% per serving with only 30 calories per serving.
