This is the Eye at The Joule hotel in #Dallas, TX. It was a photo opp on my list while in Dallas and just so happened to grab lunch my first day at The Woolworth which is directly next to it. Sometimes things just work out the way they were meant to 👍🏼

I like how this shot captures the nature around this landmark and catches it against its surrounding buildings. Maybe this is the view a pup on a walk would have?.

To get the shot, I had to crouch close to the ground and put my camera through a red steel gate, blocking entrance to the area. Gotta do what it takes to get the shot!

I started out on the floor (got through the entire block and then up to 30 reps of first 3 exercises again) 
Run/row block as follows (3 mins): - 160m @ all out pace - 150m row (once done, back to treadmill to enjoy a short WR before next block)

Block 1: - 2 min @ push pace - 90 sec @ base pace - run/row block from above

Block 2: - 2 min @ push pace - 60 sec @ base pace - run/row block from above

Block 3: - 2 min @ push pace - 30 sec @ base pace - run/row block from above

Block 4: - 1 min @ base pace - 30 sec @ all out pace - 30 sec WR - 30 sec @ all out pace - 30 sec WR - 30 sec @ all out pace - 30 sec WR - 30 sec @ all out pace

Floor

Block 1 (18mins): - bench hop over - mountain climbers - static crunch over under - hip hinge low row - plank jack - upright row - plank punch - iso hip bridge chest fly

Notes: - First 3 exercises are 40/30/20/10 (decRease with each round) - last 5 exercises are 10 reps each - goal: get all the way down the rep count, and then work your way back up
