  • @mtsummitt shares his thoughts on Queen of Sheba.
If you like exploring new dining experiences, then the Ethiopian cuisine from Queen of Sheba should definitely move to the top of your list. Choosing to dine traditionally, you get to use the spongy Injira bread instead of forks. There are so many amazing dishes that you will want to try, but thankfully they have combination platters to help you sample your way through the menu. We started off with these little Kifto Wraps consisting of beef and unpronounceable items perfectly wrapped in the Injera bread, which was a perfect example of the flavor and style of food that Queen of Sheba has to offer. The main dish came out family style, although it is possible to opt for your dish to be plated individually. The meat combination platter had a mix of chicken and beef stews with one the best chicken drumsticks ever cooked. The Ye-beg Tips, which consisted of lamb sauteed with onions, peppers, and Ethiopian spices, instantly captured my attention and tasted so good that it was difficult to move on to try the rest of the meal. This is one of meals that instead of saving some for later, you realize that you accidentally ate everything. If you're looking for fresh, exciting food and an overall great experience, give Queen of Sheba a try. You won't regret it. #foodie #friends #goals #reveiw #hype #dope #eat #eatlocal #louisville #kentucky #kentuckianafoodies #believe #blessed #mediterraneanfood #meat #delicious #dinner #starving #meal #tryitall #igotmine #new @mtsummitt shares his thoughts on Queen of Sheba.
